Situated in the beautiful city of Agra, renowned for the majestic Taj Mahal, Jesus Mission is dedicated to working among the poor in India. Our primary goal is to eradicate illiteracy and poverty from the country, and we have been tirelessly working towards this vision. As our impact continues to grow, we aspire to expand our services and reach more parts of India, with the support of generous donors like yourself.
One of our notable initiatives is the Children Hostel, where we provide residential education and care for disadvantaged children. With 25 children, the Poor Children Hostel is a sanctuary for those who come from extremely impoverished backgrounds. For many of these children, receiving a single meal can feel like an unattainable dream. However, with the help of our organisation, these children not only receive nourishment but also find shelter, clothing, medicines, toys, and, most importantly, an education.
At Jesus Mission, we understand that true impact extends beyond the walls of our organization. That’s why we have dedicated social workers who visit nearby villages to understand the challenges faced by the people and provide assistance to the best of our abilities. Currently, we have ten compassionate social workers who not only offer practical support but also impart religious, moral, and social teachings to those in need.
Charity and donations play a vital role in our mission. We organize special medical camps, dental camps, and distribution of free medicines to ensure access to healthcare for the underprivileged. Additionally, we support students in their educational pursuits and extend help in various other ways to uplift the lives of those in need.
